Are you passionate about flow efficiency in logistics and want to help create a fully optimized flow from supplier to customer? ICA is now looking for an engaged Flow Coordinator for our central Flow Management.
In this role, you will work independently and take the lead on issues where structure, consensus, and clear communication are crucial. You will contribute to ensuring that our logistics network is used smartly and sustainably, both for the customer experience and for ICA's efficiency.
This is your future job
As a Flow Coordinator, your main task is to coordinate planning and changes of large logistics flows. You will analyze the whole, assess capacities, and ensure that the plans work in practice. You will provide feedback to planners on what adjustments are needed for the flow to function optimally.
Your tasks include:
- Manage challenges: Proactively work to solve capacity challenges and identify bottlenecks in the logistics flow.
- Identify and lead improvements: Analyze current flows, suggest improvements, and drive implementation work that spans multiple departments.
- Create collaboration: Lead cross-functional forums to create consensus around priorities, goals, and joint decisions.
- Work for the whole: Explain and anchor solutions with stakeholders in Logistics and show how they create the greatest possible value for the ICA business.
The work consists of a combination of analysis & problem-solving, operational coordination, and relationship-building & meeting management.
Who are you?
You thrive in an environment where you lead yourself, take responsibility, and create structure even when conditions change. You enjoy collaborating, trying new things, and contributing to learning.
We believe that you:
- Have experience in logistics management, business development, or project management – or equivalent experience from roles where you have managed flows, planning, or improvement work.
- Are confident in meetings: You can lead discussions, create consensus, and communicate clearly and pedagogically.
- Are change-driven: You dare to challenge, think outside the box, and get others on board in change work.
- Are relationship-building: You build trust, listen, and create good collaborations across teams and departments.
- Are analytically practical: You enjoy solving problems, seeing patterns, and thinking a few steps ahead.
Formal education is not a requirement. A theoretical high school education may be an advantage, but the most important thing is your experience, curiosity, and ability to create structure.
